Confidentiality

Confidetiality is one of the most important rules that come in record keeping. All records are to stay confidential unless needed to be seen by appropriate authority. Its a matter of privacy that needs to be protected and maintained in any type personal files.
    • People trust the confidentiality of there personal documents where ever they may be, and who they may be handled by.

Salaries are a peice of information regarding ones personal life and should not be seeable to anybody. When working in record keeping it is important to have a strategic sytem to keep all records in synchronized order so that record are only found by propper authority.

    • A salarie is a part of a personal file and should be kept confidential in any type of filing manner and in the hand of any file handler.

Chapter 12 Number 4

This chapter has helped me to better understand how to manage electronic record in many ways.
  • When managing electronic files on a flash drive it is important to create files and categorize where your files should be sent.
    • this could be categorized by date, time, title, company name, etc.
  • It is also important to organize your email by folder and follow your sytem.
    •  this helps you keep track of your personal Email from business Email.
  • Most companies have systems to do this for you but you should always be organized on your own; electronic files can be lost just as easy.

Good Bad and the Ugly of Our Team Project

I thought this project was fun and a great experience. Our team worked good together. I found that in this project it was easier to meet with my team members in person to share documents and discuss things. Groups on Google was a good idea but we felt it didn't work as well as it could have between the three of us. Some documents were harder to pull up than others. A lot of times we met in person to make it easier,

I marked myself 2% lower because I felt I didn't know how to do some of the documents, so when we met in person there were a lot of changed my team members had to help me make.

Short term : 1) Narrow my career path and focus on a specific major.
                    2) Organize my school work and regular paperwork.
Long term : 1) Focusing on my main major.
                    2) Find a job or internship related tomy major.

In my time log most of my time consisted of work hours and class hours. In between, driving was my major time waster. Some distractions I realized I can eliminate are limiting the time I spend just with my friends. This time log made me realize I need less work hours because work is interfering most with my sleep cycle and designated homework time.

In this assignment, I have realized that I am not good at all with managing my time. I have noticed that "I do as I go." Now when I look at my schedule I realize that if I managed my time better I would still be busy but a lot less stressed. There is definitely room for some major improvement in my schedule . If I make it a point to make todo lists everyday and follow them faithfully, my schedule will be smoothe sailing.

4 major stressors

Some major stressors that I face are managing work, school, social time, and my family. I have a realy busy schedule and its realy hard for me too meet deadlines and find time to relax as well.
In this chapter I have learned a lot about teamwork.One main concept that will benefit me the most, would be flexibility. When working in a group you have to be open to all ideas. When working in teams you will have to use everybody's thoughts and ideas and strategize the best result for that situation. Flexibility is what I think would benefit any team the most. As a team you will always be facing new situations. Remember you have no choice but to compromise with your team and flex to all ideas.
